Operation:		 The Crystal Parks garage is a 24/7 self-parking facility.
Location:

The Crystal Parks garage consists of five interconnected garages located at 2011, 2121, 2231, 2345, and 2451 Crystal Drive. 

  • The buildings at 2345 and 2451 Crystal Dr. garages have 4 levels of garage parking (G1-G4) 
  • The buildings at 2011, 2121, and 2231 Crystal Dr. have 3 levels of garage parking  (G1-G3)
Access:

The garage has three entrances and exits:

  • 20th Street & Crystal Dr. (public and permit entrance)
  • 23rd Street & Crystal Dr. (public and permit entrance)
  • 26th Street & Crystal Dr. (permit entrance only)
Rates: 

The following parking rate and permit information is also available by visting the SYMPARK Parking Portal:

Daily Rates | Weekday

Up to 1 Hour - $6.00

Up to 2 Hours - $12.00

Daily Max - $23.00

Daily Rates | Weekend & Holiday*

Up to 1 Hour - $3.00

Weekend Max - $6.00 
(stays exceeding 1 hour)

To request a parking permit online:

1. Visit the SYMPARK Parking Portal

2. Select the applicable garage location
(2011 Crystal Drive)

3. Complete and submit the permit request form located at the bottom of the page.
Visitor Parking:  Visitors should park in the garage via the Public parking entrances located at 20th St. and 23rd St.

Contractor
Parking:

 Contractors who are doing work for a tenant in the building must request a parking pass.  Contractors can purchase a parking pass to park in the contractor gravel lot which is located behind 2451 Crystal Drive. Passes may be purchased at the Sympark Service Center located on the first floor of 2345 Crystal Drive, Suite 100.
